C H O I C E
We all have one. We can choose to make our bed, or we can choose to leave the room untidy.
We can choose to eat a bowl of porridge and fresh fruit, or we can choose coco pops.
We can choose to write a to do list, or we can choose to scroll the "the gram".
We can choose to be alone and have sown personal time to read, think, meditate. Or we can choose to be on the phone to distract you because you're bored or texting away.
We can choose to value our mental health, or we can choose to keep doing what is only making it worse.
We can CHOOSE to look at life and being locked down as a bad thing and use it as an excuse to crumble OR we can be STRONG for our kids, our partners and more importantly ourselves.
You can have the ‘I just can’t bring myself to do anything more than I am’ attitude ... well you can!!! You are choosing not to.
You get one dig at life. One. You don't get a second go. You're going to CHOOSE to live it or you going to CHOOSE to watch it. Now let's get after it!
